Personalized Boxing Training

Private training uses the full session for your current skills, questions, and priorities rather than following a class-wide plan.

A session may concentrate on one issue—such as balance on the cross—or connect several areas through footwork, combinations, defense, pad rounds, and conditioning. The focus can change as your technique develops.

Improve Your Boxing Technique

Private sessions create room to identify a technical problem, practice a correction, and test it again under gradually more demanding conditions.

Punch Mechanics

Review alignment, rotation, weight transfer, punch path, and the return to guard.

Combinations

Connect punches without rushing, overreaching, or losing your defensive position.

Footwork

Work on stepping, pivots, angles, and keeping a usable stance while moving.

Defense

Practice distance, blocks, slips, rolls, and counters in controlled sequences.

Pad Work

Use responsive targets to practice timing, accuracy, movement, and combination choices.

Conditioning

Use timed rounds and boxing drills while maintaining attention to form.

How Private Sessions Differ from Group Classes

In a group class, everyone follows the same broad session structure and the coach divides attention among participants. Private training allows more stops, explanations, demonstrations, and immediate corrections. You can repeat a movement until it is understood instead of moving on with the class clock.

Group training can still be useful for shared energy, varied drills, and a regular class routine. Some clients use private sessions to learn or correct a skill, then practice it in group boxing training. Others prefer to train only one-on-one.

Choosing a Session Focus

You do not need to diagnose your own technique before booking. Share your experience, what feels difficult, and what you want to improve. The session can begin with basic movement and punching so the most useful priorities become clear.
