Explore techniquePrivate sessions use the full training time for individual instruction, technical feedback, and drills selected for one person. Group classes follow a shared plan that may include technique practice, bag work, movement, partner drills where appropriate, and conditioning.
Neither format is automatically better. Choose private coaching when you want concentrated attention or need to work through a specific issue. Choose group boxing training when you prefer a class routine and training alongside other participants.
Training may use shadowboxing, footwork patterns, pad work, heavy bag rounds, controlled defensive drills, and timed conditioning. The method should match the skill being practiced. Pads are useful for responsive coaching, while the heavy bag provides a stable target for range, contact, and sustained combinations.
