Programs

Ring Central Training Boxing Programs

Train individually for direct boxing coaching or join a group format for structured practice alongside other participants.

Two ways to train

Choose a Coaching Format

Both programs teach boxing skills. The main difference is how the session is organized and how much individual coaching time is available.

01

Private Boxing Training

One-on-one instruction uses the session for your current technique, questions, pace, and priorities. The coach can pause a drill, explain a detail, and repeat the movement until the correction is understood.

  • Direct coaching and immediate feedback
  • Adjustable pace and session focus
  • Technique, footwork, defense, pads, bags, and conditioning
  • Useful for beginners and experienced clients seeking detailed work

02

Group Boxing Training

Structured classes use a shared plan for technique practice, coached rounds, bag work, and conditioning. Individual drills can be adjusted while the group works on the same broad theme.

  • Beginner-friendly options requiring confirmation
  • Shared class pace and training environment
  • Technique drills, movement, bags, and partner work where appropriate
  • A regular format for practicing boxing skills with others

Choose Your Ring Central Training Program

Use a 60-minute introductory session to establish your starting point, discuss how you prefer to learn, and decide whether private or group boxing training is the more practical next step.
